1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Hypeline while it is in preview, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is today

Hypeline is a free, pre-launch preview. No paid commercial service exists yet. Latency is honest and per-source-tier: push sources arrive in seconds, feed-based sources in minutes, and feed-less HTML diffing in minutes to tens of minutes. We make no single universal uptime or latency promise.

3. Acceptable use

Please use the service responsibly. Respect rate limits, do not use the service to attack or overload the sources it watches, and do not attempt to circumvent the limits attached to a scoped API key.

4. Accounts and API keys

If you register, keep your credentials safe. API keys are scoped and rate-limited, and you are responsible for activity carried out with your keys.

5. Changes and availability

The service is provided as-is during the free preview. Features and terms may change as the product matures, and availability is not guaranteed during this period.

6. Limitation of liability

During the free preview, the service is provided as-is and without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a preview service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
